&pageText=Once all risk control measures are in place, some risks will remain. The remaining risk, called residual risk, should be annotated in Column I of the worksheet. The chain of command should inform the unit commander of any residual risk and its implications for the operation. The commander alone decides whether or not to accept the level of risk.&
